Refund and cancellation policy

Dimensions Global Christian Chamber of Commerce (DGCCC) is a not-for-profit company in Mumbai. Payments on this website are made securely through Razorpay. This policy covers the membership joining fee, membership renewals, outstanding dues and event registrations.

Membership joining fee

• If the Board of Directors does not approve your application, the joining fee is refunded in full.
• Once your membership has been approved, the joining fee is not refundable.

Membership renewal and dues

• Renewal fees and dues are not refundable once paid, except for payments made twice or by mistake (see below).

Event registrations

• If you cannot attend, email us at least 3 days before the event to cancel and your fee is refunded in full.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event, and no-shows, are not refunded. You may send someone in your place: tell the office their name before the event.
• If Dimensions cancels an event, every fee paid for it is refunded in full. If an event is postponed, you may keep your place for the new date or ask for a full refund.

Payments made twice or by mistake

If you were charged twice, or money was taken but your registration or renewal was not confirmed, we refund the extra amount in full once we have checked the payment with Razorpay.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] with your name, mobile number, what the payment was for, and the payment reference shown on your receipt (it starts with "pay_"). We reply within 3 working days.

When you receive the money

Approved refunds are paid back to the same card, UPI or bank account you paid from, within 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a further 5 to 7 working days to show it.
